Jim Aaron has spent all his adult life in the flooring industry.  His experience includes family retail, sales at the wholesale and manufacturing levels, and overseeing merchandising strategy for the industry’s largest buying group.  He now serves as the Executive Director of the Floor Covering Education Foundation.
